PORTAL POLICIES- PLEASE READ: 

SECURE MESSAGING: 
Secure Messages can be sent to your provider through the portal, however we ask that you reserve this for updates and questions that cannot wait until your next
 scheduled office visit (ie. needing clarification on an existing treatment plan before starting, etc).  Please note that some messages qualify as billable "E-Consults" (see below section).  

You may also message the reception staff regarding appointment scheduling and RX/supplement refill requests -or- request a supplement refill directly from your list under the "Supplement" section accessable from your portal homepage.  If you have any trouble, general non-clinical requests can be emailed to Info@vibranthealthmed.com -or- call us @(603)610-8882   


E-CONSULTS
If you have symptoms or concerns that need to be addressed prior to your next scheduled follow-up visit, you may initiate a secure message that constitutes an E-Consult.  In this case, patients can request clinical decision making and feedback from their provider relating to their symptoms, response to treatment, medication adjustments, etc. 

E-Consults are a billable non face-to-face patient-initiated digital communication to address concerns that otherwise would require an in-person or phone/telemed visit.  E-consults are not a substitute for routine care follow-ups, but can be helpful for continuance of care between visits. 

Note that it may not always be appropriate or safe for us to address your concern electronically, and an acute telemed or in-person follow-up may be required.   

IMPORTANT:  Please be aware that Email or E-Visits are NOT for emergency or urgent concerns.  Please allow up to 7 days response time.  **If you need immediate assistance or haven't received a reply within 7 days, please call the office to alert the staff of your portal message so we can prioritize your needs**


When appropriate, E-visits are billed a minimum of $45, and when submitting your secure message you must consent to accept this charge if your request meets this criteria.  Concerns requiring more advanced clinical decision making and extended response time are billed according to our standard office visit rates for the time needed to address your concerns.
